It is crucial to understand our audience in order to provide the best service possible. We categorize our visitors into different groups: families with young children, grandparents with children, birthday parties/groups, and couples. Each group has different preferences and needs, so it is important to tailor our approach to each one.

What motivates visitors to buy a photo from us?
Visitors purchase our photos because they want to preserve the happy memories they made during their visit. Our product is not just a photo, but a tangible reminder of the joy and togetherness they experienced.
How can we create surprise moments for our visitors?
Surprise moments can leave a lasting impression on visitors. By taking spontaneous photos, engaging with visitors, and showing genuine interest in their experience, we create memorable and unexpected moments that enhance their overall experience.
Photography
We offer entrance photography, face painting, and on-ride photo sales. At the entrance, we use Image+ cameras to take photos of families with our mascots. Photos are taken based on the QR code system explained by a team leader on your first day. We start working at the park opening, which varies by location and finish at 12:30. After the entrance, we take photos at meet and greets with characters, with each session lasting 20 minutes. There is a break in between, and we also sell entrance photos and souvenirs throughout the day.
Facepainting
In attractions like Plopsa de Panne, Plopsa COO, Holiday Park, and Wildlands, we have sales points. Opening times vary by attraction, where we sell on-ride photos and souvenirs. It's important to upsell items and stay engaged, as there is a constant flow of visitors coming through the shop. At face painting stations, we offer examples and training. Don't worry if you have no experience, as practice makes perfect. If you're skilled, you can offer custom designs for an additional fee tailored to the guest's preferences.
Register
In outdoor parks, a team leader will provide the money needed to open the register at the start of the day. In indoor parks, you are responsible for obtaining the money float from a cash system, such as in Plopsa. We recommend making payments as close to the price amount as possible. If you require a change, please consult with a team leader. We do not accept 100 or 200 euro banknotes. At the end of the day, the register will be closed by either counting the money in the float ourselves or using a money-counting machine located in a designated Plopsa room. More information on this process will be provided by a team leader.

If you have questions regarding health and safety, or would like to inform us about probable or potential infrastructure risks in the parks, please let us know: ! If you got a work or commuting accident make sure to inform team leaders.
Make sure to always remember where the evacuation exists are and first aid points. Remembering this, saves lives. Life threatening situations are very likely to happen, however, it is important to stay alert and know all the right actions in case if they ever happen, knowing the location of emergency exits and first aid points can save someone's life, so make sure to always remember them.
